Our Take
Elite is the consumer step-down from the PRO Plus, same 16mm amplitude (clinical-grade depth) but lower stall force (40 lbs vs 60). Translation: it'll do everything the PRO does on most muscles, but it'll bog down on dense glutes/quads at high pressure. For 90% of users that's fine. App-connected, quieter than older Theraguns, smaller in the hand.
Pros
- Same 16mm clinical amplitude as the PRO Plus
- 40 lbs stall force, handles most muscles fine
- Quieter than the PRO line
- App-connected for guided routines
Cons
- Bogs down on dense muscle vs the PRO (40 lbs vs 60)
- No heated head, no biometric sensors
