Our Take
Nutrisense is the CGM-plus-nutritionist subscription, same CGM hardware as Levels and Stelo, but bundles 1:1 dietitian consultations. The argument: data without interpretation just becomes anxiety; the dietitian layer turns glucose curves into food/timing changes. Trade-off vs Levels: more expensive, but the consultation may be worth it for someone unsure how to act on the data.
Pros
- Bundled 1:1 nutritionist consultations
- Same Abbott/Dexcom-grade sensors
- Monthly subscription with sensor replacement
Cons
- Most expensive consumer CGM service
- Nutritionist quality varies, bring questions, not just data
